E-bike: friend of health

A study conducted by the University of Miami showed that the electric bicycle lends itself better to mass physical activity exercise than the traditional muscle bike: this also because is able to guarantee optimal levels of physical activity in daily commuting even by those who would not gladly give up the car.

At the end of the experiment, the researchers state that: “e-bikes are viable options for active transportation, they can benefit individual health and reduce congestion and vehicle pollution”.
