BATTERY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM


The BMS is an electronic system that manages rechargeable batteries (individual cells or entire battery packs) to protect the storage system by determining a Safe Operating Area, ie a safety area within which the battery pack, and therefore the individual cells, guarantee the best technical performance and durability. The BMS is therefore able to monitor the state of charge of the individual cells making the performance data of the battery pack available to the system programmer. Green Vehicles has developed a proprietary BMS capable of optimizing the performance of its battery packs.


BATTERY PACK


Green Vehicles, with regard to the electrification technologies developed for its vehicles, has industrialized a model for the construction of Lithium battery packs with storage capacities ranging from 3 to 20 kWh. The rechargeable battery packs, set up in a single black box designed specifically for the vehicles in the range, are integrated by the BMS system designed specifically for the needs of Green Vehicles cars and electric vehicles.

From the union of these 2 technologies, Green Vehicles has designed a plug and play system for the rapid and economic electrification of every type of vehicle, from micro cars to large trucks. The realization of the electrification kits FE (Full Electric), RE (Range Extended) and BM (Bi Modal) and other systems aimed at reducing emissions (ZTL FREE ACCESS and HYBRID) represents for Green Vehicles a unique and exclusive competitive advantage in the international panorama of sustainable mobility solutions.
